About the service

Are property listings available now?

This version introduces the project and its operator. The property directory, registration and listing submissions have not launched yet.

Does the platform own the properties or act as the developer?

This is an independent platform project operated by Capstone. A future listing will not mean that the platform owns the property or is the developer. Each listing is intended to identify the advertiser’s role.

Does contacting the team create a booking or a fee?

This page does not offer online payments, reservations or contracts. Any later service and its fees require a clear agreement before work begins.

Privacy in this version

This page has no registration forms, document uploads or advertising trackers. The hosting provider may process technical logs needed to operate and protect the website. Choosing WhatsApp takes you to an external service whose policies apply to the data you share; the team reads your message to respond to your enquiry. Please do not send identity documents or property deeds with an initial enquiry.
